I saw all of them (shoes, keys, snakes, spiders) and more that wasn't mentioned… 🥴

I saw the shoes and the keys. So what does that mean?

Well, the amygdala usually activates when it sees spiders and snakes because they are still dangerous creatures. The fact is, any wild animal for instance can still cause some of us the same adrenaline response, more so than say a spider 🕷 🤔
The brain can not predict the erratic movement and the erratic behaviour of any spider, that's why the moment the lot of you even see a spider, especially if it's big, you will instantly have an adrenal response, and that's the instant you spot the thing, it's called an automatic threat detection. I made that up, i believe, but it sounds good though, only because it is an automatic threat detection or response as I've mentioned quite a few times now lol
Try mindfulness or just an amygdala deactivation meditation, it's only 10 to maybe 40 minutes at the most, some will be much longer, but i usually go for the 30 minute version, and i must say for the past two weeks now or so, my fear has actually and surprisingly decreased and decreased by quite alot. I had a dream about a big spider with all it's legs stretching out, i didn't feel scared at all, infact, it scuttled all over me and my face and i still wasn't scared one bit, when before my meditation, even my dream would have had me jump out my bedroom window, fly, then fall straight back to earth, die and then either wake up or instantly, without realising transport myself to another scene within my dream aha. Just goes to obviously show that when we are scared, it's not because we choose too, but it's because of our brains not being able to respond quickly enough. But we could still manage the emotion and feeling though, simply by breathing or something 🤔 ✨ 😌 😕
